Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the package with a neighbor, attempt a second delivery, or redirect the parcel to a nearby pickup point.
No Additional Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for deliveries to these countries.
International shipping rates for other destinations will be calculated during checkout.
30-Day Return Policy
Shop with Confidence
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To Qualify for a Return
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product should be in its original condition.
- All supplied accessories, manuals, and packaging should be included whenever reasonably possible.
- Products that are damaged through misuse or show excessive wear may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.
Tracked Returns Recommended
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by CellShark.
Refunds After Inspection
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive the refund within 14 days after we have received and approved the returned product.
Need to Exchange a Product?
Please contact us before returning the item, and our customer service team will assist you with the exchange process.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a product defect or shipping error.
