- Orders placed after 5:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave instructions or make a second delivery attempt.
No Additional Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for deliveries to these countries.
International shipping rates for other destination countries will be calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. We offer refunds or exchanges based on our return policy guidelines.
To Qualify for a Return
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Products that are damaged through misuse or show excessive wear may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.
Tracked Returns Recommended
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by CellShark.
Refunds After Inspection
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, usually within 5-10 business days.
