Submitting a Complaint

How the Complaint Process Works

If you have a complaint regarding a product, delivery, warranty claim, or our customer service, please contact us by email at store@cellshark.nl. To ensure a fast resolution, please include all relevant information regarding your complaint.

Share your order number, the issue, and any useful photos or videos by email.

Once your complaint has been received, we will send a confirmation of receipt.

Our customer support team carefully reviews every complaint individually.

We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

Complaint Handling

Transparent and Customer-Friendly

If additional investigation is required and we are unable to provide a final response within 14 days, we will inform you of the reason for the delay and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution.

Our goal is always to resolve complaints in a professional, transparent, and customer-friendly manner.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

If We Cannot Reach a Solution Together

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution together, you may have the right to submit your complaint through an alternative dispute resolution platform or the competent authorities in your country of residence, where applicable under European consumer law.

Consumers residing within the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for eligible disputes.
